Alternate action only affects the actions who has secondary action but no secondary binding. This means that for the default controls, the alternate action would switch "Horizontal Slash" to "Vertical Slash", "Block" to "Melee" and all "Element A" actions to "Element B".
For the alternative settings, who have secondary bindings for "Horizontal Slash" and "Block", it won't cause them any effect.
